This Privacy Policy explains how ADIPARA™, operating under the Adipara Foundation (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information you provide when registering for or participating in any of our programs, classes, or events — including the Rewiring The Being (RWB) program conducted in India, Malaysia, or internationally, whether online or in person.

By completing registration, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described herein. If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm you have the authority to provide consent on their behalf.

1. Information We Collect

Identity Information: Full name, date of birth.

Contact Information: Email address, WhatsApp number, city, country.

Minor Registration Data (where applicable): Parent or guardian full name, mobile number, and Aadhaar number — collected solely for identity verification and parental consent for participants aged 12–17.

Program Information: Stage registered, registration date, class format, session location.

Payment Information: Transaction reference and payment status only. Card numbers and bank details are processed directly by Razorpay and are never stored by us.

Technical Information: IP address, browser type, and usage data collected automatically when you visit adipara.org, used for security and analytics only.

2. How We Use Your Information

— Processing and confirming your registration.

— Sending confirmations, reminders, eligibility notifications, and schedule updates via WhatsApp and email.

— Maintaining your student profile and stage progression history.

— Verifying age and processing parental consent for minor registrations.

— Reviewing Stage 6–8 applications requiring personal assessment.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties under any circumstances.

3. Aadhaar Data — Special Notice

Parent or guardian Aadhaar numbers are collected solely to verify identity and authenticate parental consent for minor registrations. This data is stored in encrypted form, is not shared with any third party, and is not used for UIDAI authentication purposes as defined under the Aadhaar Act, 2016.

Access to Aadhaar data is restricted exclusively to authorised administrators of ADIPARA™.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share limited data with the following only for operational purposes:

Razorpay — payment processing, subject to Razorpay’s privacy policy.

Pabbly Connect — workflow automation for WhatsApp and email notifications. Only name, email, and WhatsApp number are passed. We may also disclose data if required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

5. Data Retention

Registration and stage history data is retained for the duration of your active participation and 7 years thereafter. Parental consent records for minors are retained for a minimum of 10 years. You may request deletion at any time subject to our legal retention obligations.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent for communications at any time; and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your country. 7. Security

We use SSL encryption, restrict data access to authorised administrators, and implement appropriate technical safeguards. No internet transmission method is completely secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. International Participants

Your data may be transferred to and stored in India. By registering, you consent to this transfer. Malaysian participants are protected under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and we comply with its requirements. Participants from other countries are protected by applicable local data protection law, which we respect to the extent required.

9. Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain your student login. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser though this may affect login and dashboard functionality.
