These Terms and Conditions govern your registration for and participation in any program, class, event, or session organised by ADIPARA™, operating under the Adipara Foundation, including but not limited to the Rewiring The Being (RWB) program in all its stages (Stage 1 through Stage 8), masterclasses, online sessions, and in-person events conducted in India, Malaysia, or any other country.

By completing your registration — whether online or in person — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

1. Nature of the Program

The Rewiring The Being program is a structured system of inner transformation rooted in Kriya Yoga, Siddha philosophy, Vedanta, and related traditions. It is a spiritual education program — not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

ADIPARA™ does not make any claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. Participants must not regard any instruction, technique, or communication from ADIPARA™ or its representatives as medical or psychiatric advice.

Participation is non-dogmatic and does not require adherence to any religion, belief system, or ideology.

2. Eligibility for Registration

Registration is open to individuals aged 12 years and above. Participants under the age of 18 must have the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian. By submitting the parental consent declaration during registration, the parent or guardian confirms they are legally authorised to give such consent and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

Individuals below the age of 12 are not eligible to register.

For higher stages (Stage 2 onward), eligibility is subject to the mandatory waiting period and, for Stages 6 through 8, personal review and approval by the ADIPARA™ team. Registration for a higher stage does not guarantee approval.

3. Registration and Payment

Your registration is considered confirmed only upon successful submission of the registration form and completion of the applicable payment through the designated payment gateway (Razorpay or such other platform as indicated).

Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission of a registration form without corresponding payment does not reserve a seat.

Fees are denominated in the currency applicable to the session — Indian Rupees (INR) for India-based sessions, Malaysian Ringgit (RM) for Malaysia-based sessions, and such other currency as specified for international sessions. Currency and fee details are displayed on the respective class or event page.

You are responsible for any banking charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction costs imposed by your financial institution.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests will be considered only if submitted in writing to ADIPARA™ within 5 days of the date of registration.

No refund will be issued in the following circumstances: (a) the cancellation request is received fewer than 10 days before the scheduled class or event date; (b) the participant has attended or commenced the session; (c) the registration was for an online session and access to materials or session links has been provided.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 working days through the original payment method.

If ADIPARA™ cancels a session for any reason, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future session of their choice.

5. Venue, Schedule, and Program Changes

ADIPARA™ reserves the right to change the venue, date, time, format, or location of any class or event at any time, including after registration has been completed. Such changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue unavailability, force majeure, safety concerns, governmental directives, or logistical requirements.

A venue change may occur within the same city or, in exceptional circumstances, to a different city or country. ADIPARA™ will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any material changes as early as practically possible via WhatsApp or email.

ADIPARA™ also reserves the right to modify the content, structure, or sequence of any program stage without prior notice, in the interest of the quality and integrity of the teaching.

Participants who are unable to attend due to a venue or schedule change may request a transfer to a future session. Refunds due solely to venue changes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Conduct and Discipline

Sessions are conducted in an atmosphere of silence, discipline, and inner focus. Participants are required to: arrive on time; maintain silence throughout the session unless otherwise directed; follow all instructions given by the facilitator or Sriguru; treat all participants, staff, and the venue with respect; and switch off or silence all electronic devices.

ADIPARA™ reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or incompatible with the sanctity of the session. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Health and Fitness for Participation

By registering, you confirm that you are in a stable physical and mental condition and that you are voluntarily choosing to participate. You agree to inform ADIPARA™ prior to the session if you have any serious physical illness, psychiatric condition, or are currently under medical treatment that may affect your participation.

ADIPARA™ and its representatives shall not be held liable for any physical, psychological, emotional, or other effects experienced during or after participation, whether anticipated or otherwise. You participate entirely at your own discretion and risk.

8. Recording and Intellectual Property

Audio or video recording of any session — whether in-person or online — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ADIPARA™. Violation of this condition may result in immediate removal from the session and legal action.

All content, techniques, materials, and teachings delivered in any ADIPARA™ session are the exclusive intellectual property of ADIPARA™ and Sriguru Ashwathama. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, teach, or transmit any part of this content in any form without express written permission.

9. Confidentiality of Teachings

Certain techniques, practices, and instructions shared in ADIPARA™ sessions are confidential and intended solely for the personal use of registered participants. You agree not to teach, share, demonstrate, or transmit these techniques to any third party — whether for remuneration or otherwise — unless you have received explicit written authorisation from ADIPARA™ (such as upon completion of Stage 8 with Sadhuguru certification).

10. Privacy and Data

Your personal data collected during registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described therein.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ADIPARA™, the Adipara Foundation, Sriguru Ashwathama, and their representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your participation in any program or event, or from any change, cancellation, or modification of any session. Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the specific session in question.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. For sessions conducted in Malaysia or other countries, local consumer protection laws applicable to the participant’s country of residence shall also apply to the extent required by law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law in the participant’s jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

ADIPARA™ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published at adipara.org/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our services or participation in any program after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
