The Journey
The 8 Stages
Stages 1–5 · Open to All Sincere Seekers
Stages 1 through 5 are available to all sincere seekers, progressing with a mandatory 60-day integration period between each stage. After Stage 5, you may join Assistant Teacher Training — guiding new seekers from Stage 1 to Stage 5.
Stage 6 — Aghora Kriya · Admin Approval Required
Deep transformative kriyas for the dissolution of deeply embedded patterns, conditionings, and identities.
Stage 7 — Samadhi Practices · Admin Approval Required
A complete transcendence of physical, mental, and subtle layers. Very few seekers reach this stage.
🌟 Stage 8 — Sadhguru Training · By Invitation Only
Pure knowledge transmission and final mastery. At the end of Stage 8, the title “SADHGURU” is conferred — not as a mere title, but as a recognition of the state of being you have attained.
