Terms & Conditions – Rewiring the Being (Stage 1 – Malaysia)

By registering for the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Nature of the Program

This is a structured inner work program focused on personal transformation.
Participants are expected to engage sincerely and follow the instructions provided during the session.

  1. Silence Policy

The session will be conducted in a state of complete silence to enable deeper internalization.

Speaking is strictly not permitted during the session, except during designated intervals or when instructed.

Participants are expected to fully cooperate with this requirement.

  1. Registration & Payment

Your seat is confirmed only upon successful registration and completion of payment.

Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be considered only if made within 5 days of registration.

No refunds will be provided if the participant cancels within 10 days prior to the class date.

All eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.

  1. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time
  • Following all instructions given during the session
  • Maintaining discipline and decorum throughout

Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund.

  1. Health & Well-being

Participants are advised to attend the session in a stable physical and mental condition.

If you have any medical or psychological conditions, it is your responsibility to assess your suitability before registering.

  1. Changes & Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule the session
  • Change the venue (within the same city)
  • Make necessary adjustments to the program

Participants will be informed in advance in such cases.

  1. Media & Privacy

Participants may be requested to refrain from recording audio/video during the session.

All personal information shared during registration will be kept confidential and used only for communication related to the program.

  1. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards the process and other participants.

Any disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund.
